These terms govern use of the VSDEL application and website operated by ZeroDI. VSDEL is currently offered as an invited early-access service.
The service is provided for evaluation and design-partner collaboration. It is under active development: features may change, and while we take durability seriously (versioned storage, atomic check-ins), you should not yet treat VSDEL as the sole system of record for safety-critical programs.
You retain all rights to the models and content you create. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service — storing, processing, and displaying your content to you and the collaborators you choose. We do not use your content to train machine-learning models.
Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service; don't upload content you lack rights to; don't use the service to violate export-control or other applicable law. Early-access accounts are for the invited organization's use.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and without an uptime commitment during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroDI's liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it (during free early access: zero).
You may stop using the service at any time and request export or deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
