Website. The vsdel.com website sets no cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and collects no personal information. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) are retained briefly by our hosting provider for operational and security purposes.
Application. The VSDEL application (app.vsdel.com) is available to invited early-access users. To provide it we process: your sign-in identity (name and email from your identity provider), the model content you create, and operational logs. Model content belongs to you or your organization.
The optional in-app assistant sends the prompts you write, and the model context needed to answer them, to a third-party large-language-model API (Anthropic) for processing. Assistant requests are governed by that provider's data-use terms; we configure providers not to train on this data.
Application data is stored in Microsoft Azure (US West) with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to ZeroDI personnel who operate the service.
Early-access users may request export or deletion of their data at any time by writing to hello@vsdel.com.
